Sr. Human Resources Executive (Payroll) – Selangor

Description

You will play an important role to:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and timely according to scheduled timelines for all employees.
  • Prepare and process the submission of monthly statutory contribution, such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, as well as yearly income tax submission to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of all payroll transactions.
  • Support audit processes by providing payroll documentation and other financial reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll records and employee information.
  • Act as the main contact point with our third-party payroll vendors and take responsibility of maintaining good relationships with them.
  • Prepare HR financial reports by consolidating and analyzing data to facilitate decision making and action planning e.g., HR Budget, Comp & Ben related, manpower costing, provisions, etc.
  • Manage the commission and incentive payout for the sales teams, as well as prepare and release the necessary letters in a timely manner.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures for the Group.
  • Propose and implement payroll process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end payroll processing & administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely when interacting professionally with all levels of employees.
