Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all computing and network equipment are maintained and optimized to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation and management of software applications and licenses
- Perform regular data backups and monitor data security protocols.
- Administer SAP and email systems, providing user support and training as needed.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with IT policies
- Assist in the procurement of hardware and software to meet internal and customer needs.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported to the Help Desk in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, you would require:
- At least a bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with SAP and email system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
