Digital & E-Commerce Executive – Selangor

You will play an important role in:

  • E-commerce & Corporate Website Management:
    • Manage and update the e-commerce store & Corporate Website Content, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
    • Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.
    • Coordinate with the Customer Service, fulfilment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
    • Develop and manage content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
    • Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, average order value).
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer experience.
    • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce and digital marketing performance.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
    • Manage customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries through various platforms to maintain high satisfaction levels.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, databases, web analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work in team.
